The Lexington girls rebounded before the end of the year at the Carolina Invitational in Charleston. The Lady Wildcats found themselves playing at two different schools.
Following a 53-48 loss to Berkeley, they defeated Perkiomen Valley Basketball 53-45 with both games taking place at Summerville High School. Lexington then posted a 54-45 road win at Oceanside Collegiate Academy to finish 2-1.
The Lady Wildcats open Region 4-5A play Friday at Irmo.
