Mardi Gras Dinner Culinary Class Offered at Center for Advanced Technical Studies

IRMO, S.C. — The Center for Advanced Technical Studies will host a Mardi Gras Dinner Culinary Class for the community on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, beginning at 10 a.m.

This hands-on cooking experience allows participants to prepare a complete Mardi Gras–inspired meal for four to take home, including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert (King Cake). The class is designed to be interactive, with participants working alongside culinary students and a professional chef.

The cost is $80 per person or family. Participants must be at least 10 years old. All recipes are included, and the class is expected to last three to four hours.
