Columbia, S.C. — Marketing, communications and business professionals are invited to attend The Marketing Summit on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Harbison Theatre in Irmo.
Presented by Capital City/Lake Murray Country and Experience Columbia SC, the half-day event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with registration opening at 8:30 a.m.
The summit will feature sessions focused on current marketing trends and strategies, including the application of artificial intelligence, selecting meaningful key performance indicators in the age of AI, building brand identity across social media platforms, and generational marketing strategies for reaching targeted audiences online.
The program will also include a panel discussion with community marketing leaders who will share real-world insights, best practices and lessons learned from their professional experience.
Featured speakers include Dan Hoover, vice president and director of strategy at Cyberwoven; Sam Hodges, business development manager at Cyberwoven; Kelsey Farnham Caskey, founder and digital strategist with Spruce Strategies; and Merritt McNeely, chief executive officer of Flock & Rally.
Attendees will have opportunities throughout the day to ask questions, participate in discussions and network with peers from across the region. Coffee provided by Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea and pastries will be available during check-in, and a boxed lunch from The Bistro is included with registration.
Registration costs $30 plus a $3.65 service fee and includes lunch. The registration deadline is Feb. 2. Space is limited.
