Miss Spring Hill Pageant Donates $2,000 to Fight Human Trafficking

SPRING HILL — The Miss Spring Hill Pageant recently presented a $2,000 donation to Lighthouse for Life, supporting the organization’s mission to combat human trafficking and assist survivors.

The contribution will help fund educational initiatives aimed at prevention, as well as provide critical resources for survivors working to rebuild their lives.

Accepting the donation on behalf of Lighthouse for Life was Lisa Kejr. Presenting the check were Pageant Directors and teachers Lauren Brown and Zak LaFaver, along with Spring Hill High School Principal Dr. Michael Lofton.

Also participating in the presentation were student titleholders, including Miss Sophomore Naomi Khan, Miss Junior Anna Gray Morrison, and Miss Freshman Mary Mac Hood.

Organizers say the pageant continues to emphasize community involvement and service, using its platform to support meaningful causes both locally and beyond.
