IRMO — Car enthusiasts and families alike will gather at Moore Park on April 19 for the return of the Speed & Beauty Concours d’Elegance 2026, a longtime community tradition celebrating its 41st year.
The event, scheduled from noon to 4 p.m., is hosted by the Porsche Club of America Three Rivers Region and continues to draw a wide range of participants, from collectors and automotive enthusiasts to local families.
More than 150 vehicles are expected to be on display, representing a broad spectrum of automotive design and history. Attendees will see everything from classic American muscle cars and vintage favorites to European sports cars, exotic models, and modern performance vehicles.
A featured highlight this year is the Samuels Reynolds Law Firm Collection, showcasing vehicles from the private collection of Stephen Samuels.
New to this year’s event is the “Lemons” class, a lighthearted addition that celebrates well-worn vehicles, quirky builds, and underdog entries, offering a fun contrast to the polished concours displays.
Organizers say the event is designed with all ages in mind. In addition to the cars, visitors can enjoy music, food and beverage vendors, and a variety of automotive-related exhibits and experiences throughout the park. The layout will mirror the setup used during the Great Race Grand Finish held in June 2025.
Beyond the showcase of vehicles, the Concours also serves a charitable purpose. Proceeds from the event benefit Camp Kemo, a program dedicated to supporting children with cancer and their families.
With its combination of automotive excellence, community atmosphere, and charitable impact, the Speed & Beauty Concours d’Elegance remains a staple spring event in Irmo.
