The Rotary Club of Lake Murray/Irmo presented a $10,000 check to the Saluda Shoals Foundation to help with the purchase of a Universally Inclusive Playground Boat Swing.
The playground will be a sensory-rich playground where children and adults of all abilities can play together.
The play-space will encourage creative play through imagination and activities to experience the smells, textures, and wonders of the natural world. It will also become a nurturing gathering place for our community, offering opportunities for special events, outreach programs, and educational experiences.
