Lexington, SC (December 3, 2025) — Chief Terrence Green announced that the Town of Lexington’s annual Toys for Tots “Pack the Pontoon” toy collection campaign has begun and will continue throughout December, with multiple community donation events planned.
Donation events will be held at Learning Express, Tractor Supply, Walmart, Biggby Coffee, Clutch Coffee Bar, during the Snowball Festival at the Icehouse Amphitheater, and during the Town of Lexington Christmas Parade.

Toy donations will also be accepted at the Lexington Police Department tent during the Snowball Festival on Thursday and Friday. Parade attendees are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to be loaded into the pontoon boat as it travels down Main Street during the Christmas Parade.
Retail & Café Incentives
- Learning Express (5175 Sunset Blvd.) is offering 20% off toys purchased for Toys for Tots donations and will make a store donation to the campaign.
- Biggby Coffee (1430 Two Notch Rd.) and Clutch Coffee Bar (308 Columbia Ave.) are offering a $5 coffee gift card for every new toy donated.
For those unable to attend an event, donations will be accepted at the Lexington Police Department, 111 Maiden Lane, during business hours throughout December.
All cash and check donations collected during the campaign will be used for shopping sprees with Chief Terrence Green and Community Action Team officers to purchase additional toys.
Families interested in requesting assistance from the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation can apply through the local website serving the greater Columbia, South Carolina area.
