The Gilbert High School softball team held the Tomahawk Classic this past weekend. The Lady Indians defeated Fox Creek (7-6), Spring Valley (9-0) and Strom Thurmond (7-3) before losing to Blythewood (8-4) to finish 3-1 and runner-up in the Gold Division.
Pelion won the Silver Division after defeating Irmo (14-3) and River Bluff (7-6) and losing to Hanahan (12-0). American Leadership Academy won the Bronze Division.
