The local branch of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (SCNAREB) is offering a free housing platform in conjunction with BB&T for potential homeowners this Monday, June 24 from 10 am to 4 pm, at the parking lot of First Nazareth Baptist Church at 2351 Gervais Street, Columbia.
The homeownership event will focus on topics such as the mortgage pre-qualification process, affordable mortgage programs, and/or down payment assistance. This free event is open to the public.
Registration will be available until 10 am June 24.
A free lunch will be served from noon – 2 pm.
