LawyerLisa, LLC has announced Managing Attorney, Lisa Hostetler Brown, has been selected to the 2019 South Carolina Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers. The designation is given to attorneys who have demonstrated excellence in the practice of law and is based on peer and outside review. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state of South Carolina are named to the Rising Stars list. This is her sixth consecutive year being selected.
Brown focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, special needs trusts, contract review, guardianships, conservatorships, probate litigation, and commercial and residential real estate law. Lisa is a graduate of Bethany College, WV and the University of South Carolina School of Law and has been a resident of Columbia, SC since 2004. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, Legal Elite of the Midlands honoree, 20 Under 40 honoree, Influential Women in Business Rising Star award winner and Palmetto Land Title Association J. Lee McDonald award winner. She frequently speaks on the topics of real estate, contracts, and probate law and is licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
