The Lexington Chamber & Visitors Center has announced that The Big Time Band will headline this year’s Dining on the Dam, presented by Palmetto Renovations of Columbia. Known for their high-energy performances and diverse repertoire, the band will keep guests dancing against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Murray.

Dining on the Dam is one of the Midlands’ premier culinary events, drawing 1,200+ attendees from across the region. Guests will enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Southern Way Catering, live entertainment, and a unique opportunity to gather on the Lake Murray Dam at sunset.

Important Traffic & Parking Info:
Road Closure: The top portion of the Lake Murray Dam, including the walkway, will be closed to traffic and pedestrians starting at 7:00 AM on April 6. Traffic will be rerouted to the lower level of the dam.
Parking & Shuttles:
- Parking is available at Dominion Energy Public Parks (both sides of the dam).
- Additional parking will be available at two alternative locations, with shuttle services transporting guests to the event entrance.
