Junior League of Columbia Kicks Off Holiday Market Fundraiser December 5

The Junior League of Columbia is gearing up for its annual Holiday Market, running from December 5 to 8 at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds. This year’s event celebrates the League’s 100th year of service and will feature over 100 merchants from across the country.

The Holiday Market is more than just a shopping event—it’s the League’s largest fundraiser, raising over $250,000 to support programs that enhance the health and well-being of children and families in the Midlands.

Event Highlights:

  • Holiday Ball (Dec. 6, 6:30 – 11 p.m.): Guests can enjoy live music, private shopping, and food and drinks at this black-tie optional event. Tickets are $70 per person or $130 per couple.
  • Sundaes with Santa (Dec. 8, 12 – 4 p.m.): A family-friendly event featuring photos with Santa, games, crafts, and an ice cream sundae bar. Tickets are $8 per child, with free admission for children under 12 months. Adults can use their Holiday Market ticket for entry.
  • General Admission Shopping: Shop all four days for $10 per ticket. Hours are:
    • December 5 & 6: 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    • December 7: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    • December 8: 12 – 5 p.m.

Tickets and Parking:

Tickets for General Admission, Holiday Ball, and Sundaes with Santa can be purchased online or at the door. Parking is $5 for all events except the Holiday Ball.

While tickets for the popular Ladies Night Out are already sold out, there’s still plenty to enjoy at this festive fundraiser.
