The University of South Carolina’s Koger Center for the Arts marked its 35th anniversary with a festive celebration on Thursday. County Councilperson Allison Terracio (District 5) joined the festivities, which featured birthday cake, live music, a drawing for free tickets, and a behind-the-scenes tour of the iconic venue on Greene Street in Columbia.
