Kelcy Anne Reilly, a fifth grader at Harbison West Elementary, was honored by the Lake Murray-Irmo Rotary as the May Student of the Month. Principal Dr. Thomas Turner praised Reilly, stating, “Kelcy is a leader among her peers. She has been a mentor to our younger special needs students, is active in the student body, and even led the fifth graders in an assembly about bullying. Kelcy is an exceptional student and is never afraid to share her passions and love with those around her.”
