Lexington Medical Center will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics for children in Batesburg-Leesville and Swansea on November 19 and 20, 2021.
The Swansea clinic will take place on Friday, November 19 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. inside Swansea Primary Care at 935 West 2nd Street in Swansea. The Batesburg-Leesville clinic will be on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. inside Batesburg-Leesville Primary Care at 338 East Columbia Avenue in Batesburg-Leesville.
Children ages 5 and up are eligible to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.
The COVID-19 vaccine is safe and effective at preventing serious illness from COVID-19 infection. It’s the best option to help our children stay healthy and in school.
Adults can be vaccinated at these clinics, too.
To date, Lexington Medical Center has vaccinated more than 100,000 community members against COVID-19. The hospital is thankful for the support it’s received as it works to keep our families, friends and neighbors healthy and safe.
