The 9th Annual Pinot & Pearls event hosted by the Lake Murray-Irmo Woman’s Club raised more than $12,000 for the community.
Wright Properties, Ltd., was the presenting sponsor, with an additional twelve event sponsors and more than 140 silent auction donors.
The event was held at the Saluda Shoals River Center in April and featured an assortment of wines, hors d’oeuvres by Anna Cline Catering, desserts from The Melting Pot and 87 silent auction baskets. More than 125 people attended the event.
Monies raised were donated to Able South Carolina, Camp Kemo, Carolina Wildlife Center, Central Midlands Transitional Retreat, Family Promise of the Midlands, Leeza’s Care Connection, Sharing God’s Love and Sistercare.
The 10th Annual Pinot & Pearls will be held April 18 at Saluda Shoals River Center.
