Kellan Fenegan, Miss Columbia Teen, was crowned Miss South Carolina Teen 2019 in front of a crowd at Township Auditorium in Columbia June 28.
Fenegan is a 16-year-old from Lexington and attends River Bluff High School. She sang In My Dreams for the talent competition. Fenegan was an Evening Gown/Social Impact preliminary winner. She will compete in Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Pageant in July, in Orlando, Florida.
Miss Lexington Teen, Ashleigh Smith was also in the Top 10 finalists.
