Former School Board Trustee, Ed White, has announced his support for Tifani Moore in the special election for the Richland County side of School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties.
“Tifani Moore is an independent voice who will put the needs of ALL children first,” explained Ed White. Moore is a mother of three children, two who attend Crossroads Intermediate School and one who attends Dutch Fork High School. She is married to a teacher, so understands and values the time and commitment that teachers devote to their students. White added, “Tifani is not running for the school board to cause conflicts, she’s running to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
”White says he is impressed with Tifani’s energy and positive outlook. “Tifani Moore is not a career politician, she is a mother who advocates for her children and will advocate for children across the district. She will provide common sense and a commitment to educational excellence that is sorely needed on the school board.”
Moore’s career has been devoted to non-profit organizations and governmental agencies that serve the needs of others. Her service-oriented approach fits perfectly with the desired role of school board trustees, who are there to serve the needs of students and families while providing the necessary resources for teachers and staff.
The special election for the school board will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 12, from 7:00am-7:00pm. To find out more about Tifani Moore, visit her Facebook page @mooreforLR5 or visit her website at: https://tifanimoorefor LR5schoolboard.godaddysites.com
