IRMO, S.C. – Mungo Homes celebrated a major milestone with a ribbon cutting for its new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters, located at 441 Western Lane in Irmo. The new 20,250-square-foot facility represents a $10 million investment and brings 40 new jobs to the area.
The building features cutting-edge technology and modern design, reflecting the company’s continued growth and innovation in the homebuilding industry. Founded in 1954, Mungo Homes has expanded into eight markets across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, and remains a family-centered business with a strong regional presence.
At the ribbon cutting ceremony, company leaders were joined by partners from the building and design teams, including Cohn Construction and Garvin Design Group.
