School District Five online registration underway

Online registration for the 2021-22 school year is now available in Lexington-Richland School District Five.

School District Five parents and guardians of returning students are asked to log in to Registration Gateway to verify and/or update their student’s information by visiting update.lexrich5.org, using the log in information provided in a July 11 email to parents.

Families and students who are new to the district will need to register for the 2021-2022 school year at the following link: registration.lexrich5.org. Families unsure of their designated school zone for kindergarten through high school should visit D5SchoolZoneLocator. For further information regarding the registration process, please contact the school Registrar.

“Our goal is to make the annual re-registration process easier and parent-friendly,” Coordinator of Student Information Systems Justin Thomas said. “This system allows parents to complete most of the annual paperwork online, as well as allows them to verify and update the information we have in our Student Information System.”

Each school year, all returning students to School District Five must re-register to attend their school. This is done to ensure all contact information and other pertinent information is up-to-date. Parents will be asked to log in to Registration Gateway to verify/update their student(s) information for the upcoming school year. They will be able to verify and update contacts, phone numbers, medical conditions, review annual school and technology agreements, and their student’s privacy selection. Parents will also be able to complete Media Consent forms, District Acceptable Use Agreements, Health Information and other important information.
