The S.C. High School League Class 5A baseball champion Lexington Wildcats were recognized at Monday’s Lexington County Blowfish home game. The team and head coach Brian Hucks were presented a proclamation from the Lexington County Council highlighting their accomplishments. Lexington went 8-0 in the post-season and repeated as both the Opterra Solutions Invitational and S.C. Diamond Invitational champions.
